Visits & care
How fast can I see a doctor?+
Urgent concerns are typically seen within minutes, 24/7. Routine visits are usually available the same day — median booking-to-visit time is under 15 minutes for urgent care and a few hours for scheduled specialities.
What can be treated over video?+
A wide range: infections, allergies, skin conditions, chronic-disease management, mental-health check-ins, prescription renewals, pediatric concerns and much more. Anything needing hands-on exams, imaging or procedures is referred locally with full notes.
Can you prescribe medication?+
Yes. Physicians e-prescribe to your preferred pharmacy during the visit. Controlled substances follow federal telehealth regulations and may require an in-person evaluation.
Will I see the same doctor each time?+
Yes — choose your physician when booking and your follow-ups default to them. Your full history travels with you either way, so covering doctors are never starting from zero.
Pricing & plans
How much does a visit cost?+
Single visits start at $49 with the price shown before you book — no facility fees or surprise bills. Care plans bundle multiple visits at a discount; see the shop for current pricing.
Do you take insurance?+
Pulsebridge is direct-pay, which keeps prices transparent and visits unrushed. Every visit includes a detailed receipt (superbill) you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.
What if I need a refund?+
If a doctor can't help with your concern, the visit is free — that's our policy, no forms required. Unused plan visits are refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase.
Privacy & technology
Is my health information secure?+
Yes. Video is end-to-end encrypted, records are stored HIPAA-compliant with strict access controls, and we never sell your data. Ever.
What do I need for a video visit?+
Any phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet connection. The app works in the browser too — nothing to install if you prefer. A home blood-pressure cuff or thermometer helps but isn't required.
Which states do you serve?+
All 50 states. Our physicians hold licenses covering every state, and prescriptions are valid nationwide.
